If say your timing belt goes on your car and if you have full coverage, would you be able to get a rental car? If someone could explian to me exactly what full coverage covers and when that would be great! Thanks!

In most cases, “full coverage” refers to Comprehensive and Collision coverage.

Comprehensive covers fire, glass and theft. Collision kicks in when your vehicle runs into something else.

Most insurance companies do not cover wear & tear – like your belt; therefore, rental coverage would not apply.
