I have had State Farm for over 45 years and a few claims. Does that tell you anything?

I have insurance with Allianz and I am quite happy with them. We have the whole package with them, as I really trust them. I haven’t had any problems with the customer service as of now as well.

I can’t even remember who it is. Some minor company who I joined simply because they cost a third of the price and they are legit and licensed.
I have been with them for the last 4 years and have never contacted them once.
Actually in almost 40 years of driving I have never contacted my insurers except for adding new vehicles to the policy or ask them if they can match the cheapest price I was offered.
So when people say “Is your car insurance company treating you well.” it just means to me “are you claiming money out of your insurers and are they forking it out without complaining too much?”

I have no problems with my company. I mean there are always minor things, such as they try to convince you that the scratch is not from the recent accident so they will not pay for it, but in general I have never had any problems with my company.
