If my car insurance premium increase if I asked for medical payments?

In: Cars Insurance

I got into a car accident in which I was not at fault. The other driver ran a red light and hit my car.

I have back pain and neck pain. I would go to the doctor, but I have no health insurance and the doctors want me to pay up front. I am a student so I have only a few hundred dollars in my bank account and have each visit costs $ 150 to $ 500 depending on the doctor.

Drivers’ insurance said that they do not pay for my medical expenses. I will file a claim, they will pay me “lump sump at the end.

My only way is my auto insurance that would cover my medical care up to ask to $ 5,000 for money.

So my question: If my car insurance for my treatment (up to $ 5,000 paid to ask) until I / receive money from another insurance company, would my car insurance premium go up?
