In this instance my being the first car should I expect a settlement with the third car’s insurance company along with the second car’s insurance company? Or will the second car’s insurance company settle and then split the charge with the third car’s insurance company?
My feelings are that since we were hit hard twice the third auto should also be responsible. We were hurt I might ad.
See, that is the question. They both caused an accident and I was hit twice not once but twice. So if my car was turned sideways it would be different?
This is about Auto Insurance Information.

Who ever was found to be liable for the crash will be the one to pay. You will not get money from both.
