You’ll need to talk to someone there, but most likely general liability, commercial auto, motor truck cargo, and a PUC filing.

1) Check with your personal auto carrier, they will decline any claims when using your car for business. You will need to get a business auto policy.

2) You mat want to get a business owner policy (BOP) to give you liability coverage.

3) If you have any employees, you will need workers comp and state disability in NY.
